Duda, dudda, duda, dudda .... Bat Wash WOYWW

I know it looks boring, but it is essential, plain kiln shelves painted with plain white Bat Wash - it's needed to protect them from glaze-out and dripping mess if something goes wrong with a firing.  Just had one coat so far and is drying, hopefully I can do another coat later today.

A table full'o  beads and my little dish in various states of drying.  Some are completely ready for their first go in Mercury the Magnificent, some are drying and the ones at front left are drying, but need to have the holes refined (they are for a challenge on Artisan Whimsy).

I'm off to the Quack this morning for fasting blood tests and an ECG, but I am going to treat myself to a coffee and a shuffle around the WOYWW desks over at Fair Queen Julia's.

Happy Wednesday Peeps'.

Hugs

Kay

Looking forward to seeing the beads.

It may not be colourful, but it certainly looks like a productive desk.

Oh I HATE blood work. I still have a bruise from TWO WEEKS ago.... no, the nurse wasn't very good at it!

Can't wait to see your beads once you add some color.

I love the look of the white on white. I've been thinking of doing an all white collage type thing, and now I know I'm going to do it.

Thank you for the inspiration and for visiting.
